Newsletter January 2001
This is the first newsletter of the website, about the history and genealogy of Thrales including the derivations Thrall, Thralls, Thral, Trayle and Thrawl. Already Thrale.com is the most comprehensive source of information about Thrale family history on the Internet. Previous visitors can see what's been added since your last visit. Why not take a look at:

- the 1786 book Anecdotes of the Late Samuel Johnson by Hester Thrale. This is available elsewhere on the web, but Thrale.com is the most comprehensively hyper linked throughout and in a high quality format;
- the genealogical problem of 21 people called Ralph Thrale that lived in Sandridge village.
Plans for Thrale.com during 2001 include:
- information about the first Thrale to leave Sandridge and travel to America;
- places with Thrale connections;
- Thrales who died during the World Wars;
- a place for anyone to upload their Thrale GEDCOM files for sharing.
So far most of the information I have gleaned myself from the web and other sources. If you have some information, do please let me have it. I'll gladly add it to Thrale.com. Remember Thrale.com is a non-profit site, run in my spare time - I need all the help and Thrale information that you can offer! Have you got a suggestion for the site?
