Okra stir fry

Ingredients

| Okra | 225g | 8oz |
| Tomatoes | 225g | 8oz |
| Salt | A pinch | A pinch |
| Pepper | A pinch | A pinch |
| Garlic | 1 clove (optional) | 1 clove (optional) |
| Tumeric | 1 teaspoon | 1 teaspoon |
| Olive oil |
Prepare the okra
Take 6 fresh Okra:
- cut off stalks
- cut in half length ways
- remove all seeds with end of a knife
- wash in water
- cut in half length ways again
Stir fry the okra
Briefly fry in hot olive oil, adding …
- crushed clove of garlic (optional)
- salt & pepper
Create the sauce
- Add 8oz finely chopped tomatoes
- Add a teaspoon of turmeric
- Fry for 2 minutes
