[Book of Revelation] Sacred to the memory of Sophia Wife of Henry Merrik Hoare Esqr of London Third daughter of Henry Thrale Esqr And grand-daughter of Hester Maria Salusbury Whom in her recorded virtues she equalled And the excellence of whose mind Was expressed in the beauty of her countenance Born 23rd July 1771. Died 8th Novr 1824.
3		Thrale family burial vault, St Leonards, Streatham. The very large leather decorated, lead-lined coffin in the middle, is that of Henry Thrale. The plaque which is inscribed… Henry Thrale Esq. Died 4 April 1781 aged 53 years. The other coffins are his children.
